Highland Restoration offers a 4 hour accredited RIBO course.

The course falls under the technical category. In it we will give you a complete walk through of the daily operations and procedures of a restoration company. You will see how an emergency claim is handled from dispatch to pricing. How we arrive at cost structure for both emergency repairs as well as complete rebuilds. We will also review safety issues for home owners and staff.

Our mould technician will explain issues and procedures for removal and disposal of infected areas.
Our dry cleaning technician will demonstrate the latest washing system –the Esporta.
How it safely washes sewage and smoke damaged materials as well as how it saves money.
Certified staff will demonstrate our new environmentally safe chemicals.

Our technician will discuss hazardous materials in the home and work place.
We will also have several hands on demonstrations of tools and equipment used in our trade.
You will leave this course with a very good understanding of how your clients are treated and the service we provide.
