Highland Restoration has a range of special services including Crawlspace Maintenance, Trauma Scene Remediation, and Vandalism Restoration.

When dealing with more complicated situations, your contents may need to be removed from your home to our facility for restoration, repair and storage while home repairs or a re-build of your home is being completed. You are able to access your belongings while in storage if needed. Whether it’s that special dress, the sleeping bags and tent, your contents are accessible at our facility in Orangeville with just a call.

Highlands’s new in house laundry facility features the Esporta Wash System. With the use of the ES-3300, we are able to clean and restore soft contents that would previously be sent to landfill sites, but it doesn’t stop there. The detergents Highland uses are biodegradable and chlorine-free. It disinfects, deodorizes and washes 160lbs of laundry at a time, from leather goods to delicates.

All contents are finished professionally; either folded and boxed or pressed and hung on hangers, ready to be returned. When handling clothing that has been contaminated by sewage, ATP monitoring confirms that all contamination, including food residue, allergens and/or bacteria is removed.
